島根県警は警察犬ならぬ警察猫ピー太郎のPR動画を作って投稿した。
第一弾と第二弾の動画はそれぞれ視聴1万回を超え警察の動画としては桁違いに見られて、第三弾もまもなく公開されるという。
ピー太郎をスカウトした警官は「ピー太郎は愛嬌があって非常にのんびりしたとてもかわいい猫です」と語っている。
