豊橋市の「のんほいパーク」では1人5000円で、半日かけて動物園の裏側をめぐる「体験型福袋」が人気を集めている。

参加した約20人は、普段入ることができないエリアを見学しながらキリンの解説を聞いたり、シロサイのトレーニングに挑戦したりして、楽しんでいた。

また動物園では、ヘビ年にちなんでボールニシキヘビと触れ合えるイベントも2日から今月5日まで行われている。
