住宅建築の際に出る端材で作った子供用のおもちゃや家具などを格安で買える販売会が、北九州市で開かれた。

どの商品も住宅建築の際に出た端材を有効活用しており、通常の半額ほどの「年度末特価」となっていた。

多くの家族連れが訪れたこの販売会では、ＤＩＹ好きの大人向けに「建築端材」詰め放題のコーナーも設けられた。
