関西電力送配電は、阪神・淡路大震災から１７日で３０年の節目を迎えるに当たり、新たなテレビＣＭの放映を始めたと発表した。
震災当時に生まれた人々が社会で活躍する姿を描き、電力の安定供給を通じ自分達が社会を支え続けるという思いも込めた。
CMの歌唱を担当した近石涼さんも「震災の年に神戸に生まれ育ったこと。
数えきれない支えがあったこと。
忘れずにこれからも歌っていきます。」と語った。
