今回はマグサイサイ賞を今回受賞した服部匡志医師のニュースです。日本語訳載せときます。
アジアのノーベル賞と言われるマグサイサイ賞に日本人医師の服部匡志さんが選ばれた。
服部さんはベトナムの人が貧しさから白内障手術を受けられない事を助けようとボランティアで二十年自ら手術をし、またベトナムの眼科医の育成もした。
服部さんの取り組みによっておよそ２万人以上のベトナムの人々が視力を取り戻したといわれる。
