香川県観音寺市で自動車メーカーのホンダが独自に開発した砂浜の清掃用の機材を使ってビーチクリーン活動が行われた。
素足で歩ける砂浜を次世代に残したいと17年前からホンダは全国で続けている。
香川県での海岸の清掃は7回目で、ホンダでは今後も全国の海岸でビーチクリーン活動を続けていくことにしている。
