英語で説明日本６特別編関東大震災百年後半
9月は台風災害なども多いため、関東地震のあった9月1日は防災の日と1960年に定められました。政府が中心となって、この日に全国で防災訓練が行われています。
関東大震災から100年経ち首都圏の町並みはすっかり変わって、当時の甚大な被害の様子を感じることは少なくなっています。
しかし、首都圏の下では3枚のプレートが押し合うことで、ひずみが蓄積されていて、国は、マグニチュード7クラスの地震「首都直下地震」が30年以内に70％程度の確率で起きるおそれがあるとしています。
首相官邸のホームページ等で色々チェックするのも良いでしょう。チェック項目は。家具の置き方をチェックしていますか？飲料や食料の備蓄は十分ですか？非常用持ち出しバッグの準備はできていますか？家族同士の安全確認方法は決まっていますか？避難場所や経路確認できていますか？などです。関連お役立ちサイトもホームページにあります。
