ニュージーランドのダニーデン空港の降車エリアの標識が「ハグ制限時間３分」と定め、それ以上は駐車場の利用を勧め論議を巻き起こしている。

フェイスブックにこの写真が投稿されて拡散し、ハグの時間制限に対して怒りをぶつけるコメントや、無料エリアがあること自体を賞賛するコメントなどが書き込まれている。

空港の最高経営責任者は「愛情ホルモン」のオキシトシンの為には２０秒のハグで十分、とする研究結果を引き合いに出し、早く移動してもらうことで、ハグできる人が増えると論じている。
