上士幌町を走る自動運転バスに1日からＡＩの車掌が乗務し町の施設や情報を何でも教えてくれる。
彼の名前は町内各地区の文字を組み合わせた萩音士清平(しゅうおんじきよひら)で愛称は「おきよちゃん」という。
自治体自動運転バスに初めて導入されるＡＩ車掌は話しかけると会話もでき、コミュニケーションツールとしても期待されている。
