兵庫県神戸市にある県立こども病院では、ディズニーのキャラクターが病気の治療を行う子どもたちを支援するある取り組みが行われている。

病院の壁面にはディズニーの人気キャラクターの大きな壁紙が貼られ、病気やけがの治療を行う子どもたちに前向きな気持ちになってもらおうとしている。

また、待ち時間に子どもたちが退屈しないよう、壁紙に専用のアプリを使ってスマートフォンをかざすと描かれたキャラクターのショートアニメーションを見ることができる。
