ニューヨーク市の公園娯楽局は、イルカ２頭の動画をＳＮＳ上で公開し「健康的な生息地として川を蘇らせる過去数十年の努力が報われた」と喜んだ。
公園娯楽局はイルカを歓迎しようと市民に呼びかけながらも、２頭への迷惑行為などは慎むよう見物客に訴えた。
