青森市油川から今別町までの国道280号バイパス沿いに手作りのかかしが並ぶかかしロード280が3日からはじまった。
2023年は、400以上のかかしが飾られ、ジャンボかかしは、ねぶた職人の板垣大地さんが手がけた青森出身のものまねタレントりんごちゃんを作った。
かかし達は9月30日まで展示され、秋の訪れを告げるとともに、訪れた人たちは写真を撮るなどして、ユニークなかかしを楽しむ。
