2023年１２月に亡くなった八代市出身の歌手八代亜紀さんのラッピング列車が完成し１４日出発式があった。
列車の外観デザインは不知火海の夕日をイメージした赤に彼女の姿とメッセージ、車内には写真や絵画を使ったパネルを設置した。
八代白百合学園高校吹奏楽部の「舟唄」の演奏につづき、木村知事と小野市長が合図を行い列車が出発した。
