今回は秋田県名物のニュースです。日本語訳載せときます。

秋田特産の漬物「いぶりがっこ」でいぶした大根を漬けたあとに出た漬物の汁を活用した発泡酒が開発され、１０日から販売が始まった。

発泡酒の原料には麦芽やホップのほか、いぶした大根を漬けたあとに出た漬物の汁が使われていて、スモーキーな風味と独特のうまみがあるのが特徴だという。

いぶりがっこの会社の木村社長は「秋田に来たらまずこれを飲むと言われるような定番の商品に育つことを期待しています」と話していた。
