神戸市と菓子メーカーの「ユーハイム」は、神戸のスイーツ文化の魅力を発信し、地域振興する為事業連携協定を締結した。
また、ユーハイムが開発したバウムクーヘンＡＩ職人「ＴＨＥＯ（テオ）」に、締結に合わせて神戸市の特別住民票がＡＩとしては初めて交付された。
交付式のあと中央区役所前で「ＴＨＥＯ」によるデモンストレーションが行われた。 「ＴＨＥＯ」は、生地の焼き具合などをＡＩで学習し、無人で職人レベルのバウムクーヘンを作ることができる。
