マッスルトレインと名づけられた特別列車は山陰線の利用者を増やそうと企画されたもので2年ぶり2回目の開催だ。

駅に到着するたびにボディービルダーが増えていき列車内を移動しながらポージングを披露し、乗客は間近で肉体美を楽しむことができる。

今回は、山口デスティネーションキャンペーンを記念して大きな窓で日本海の絶景を楽しむ観光列車を使って運行された。
