あんこう鍋
あんこう鍋はアンコウという魚を主な具材とした鍋料理です。
あんこうは主に海底にとどまっている深海魚で、大きく身が柔らかいのが特徴です。またあんこうは「東のあんこう、西のふぐ」と称される高級魚でもあります。
茨城県や福島県いわき市の鍋料理として、あんこう鍋は有名です。特にどぶ汁というアンコウの肝臓をスープに溶かして作る鍋は、北茨木市、日立市、大洗町の名物です。
アンコウの皮やヒレにはコラーゲンが多く含まれていることから、美肌鍋として女性に人気です。
あんこうは捨てる所がないと言われ色んな部位を鍋で味わえます。最後に鍋にご飯と出汁と卵を入れて雑炊にして食べるのもおいしいです。
一見グロテスクですが美味しいあんこう鍋を私は勧めます。
