資源ゴミとして集められた空き瓶などを材料にしたガラスの五月人形の置物が、愛知県岡崎市の工房で製作されている。
廃ガラスから作られた作品は、勇ましい兜や色鮮やかなこいのぼりなど7種類で、いずれも華やかな置物に生まれ変わっている。
ガラスの五月人形は、5月初めまでに合わせておよそ400個が作られ、道の駅 藤川宿など、岡崎市内の4か所で販売される。
