Eニュース2023年8月1日南三陸モアイ像移転
今回は南三陸町のニュースです。日本語訳載せときます。
南三陸町で行われた式典には駐日チリ大使館の関係者などが出席し移設されたモアイ像２体の除幕とテープカットで完成を祝った。
２体のモアイ像はチリとの友好の証としておよそ３０年前に制作されたものと、東日本大震災後に、復興のシンボルとしてチリから贈られたものだ。
「うみべの広場」はさんさん商店街の南側の土地に整備された芝生の広場と駐車場で、南三陸町長も復興事業が終わり感慨深いと語った。
