Eニュース2024年8月14日北口悲願の五輪金

8月10日のパリオリンピックの女子やり投げ決勝で、23年世界女王の北口榛花（JAL）が、日本女子のトラック・フィールド種目で日本初の金メダルを獲得した。
1投目に65メートル80の今季自己ベストをマークし、ライバルが誰も北口の1投目を超えられず、自身の最終6投前に金メダルが決まった。
そして彼女は涙を流し、優勝者だけが鳴らすことができる競技場の鐘を絶叫とともに鳴らし、前回東京五輪の悔しさを晴らし歓喜を爆発させた。
