福島第一原発が立地し、大きな被害を受けた双葉町で、7日郵便局がおよそ13年ぶりに営業を再開した。

原発事故後全域に避難指示が出された双葉町では、おととし、一部で避難指示が解除され、住民の帰還が始まった。

郵便局が、一つもなかった自治体は全国で双葉町だけだったが、7日で解消され、地元の女性は再開が待ち遠しかったと話していた。
