日本人は古来、太鼓を打つことで暮らしの息災や豊作を神様に祈ってきた。

その伝統と精神を受け継ぎ、神恩感謝日本太鼓祭は全国から集まった太鼓打ちが日頃の鍛錬の成果を伊勢神宮の神様へ奉納する。

今年は全国から30団体、約500人の太鼓打ちが集まり、訪れた人たちは、おかげ横丁に力強く鳴り響く太鼓の音に聞き入っていた。
