今回は島根県の法事用パンのニュースです。日本語訳載せときます。
島根県安来市の瀬尻製パン店では長年法事用の「出雲まんずっ」というパンを作り続けている。
なぜ名前の最後に小さな「つ」がついたかは地元の人達に親しんでもらうため出雲弁にしたからだという。
最近はお盆やお彼岸の為だけでなく、インスタ映えするからと若い女性にも人気になっている。
