兵庫県豊岡市の安国寺ではドウダンツツジが紅葉し、多くの観光客がお寺を訪れている。
安国寺のドウダンツツジは樹齢160年以上と言われ、寺の裏山の斜面に縦横10メートルほど枝を伸ばしている。
本堂からの眺めは絵画のようで、多くの人達が寺を訪れ、記念写真を撮るなど紅葉を楽しんだ。
