愛媛県美術館では、新居浜市在住のアーティスト石村嘉成さんが描いた躍動感あふれる生き物の版画や絵画200点以上を展示する企画展が開催されている。
松山市の山下みね子さんと娘の万希子さんには2万人を記念して、石村さん本人から額入りのポストカードセットが贈呈された。
石村さんは「みんなに愛されてすごく幸せ。社会に恩返しができるように3万人目指して頑張ろうと思います」などと話していた。
