愛知県は、「あいち広報大使」を、難病を患いながら会社を経営し、「寝たきり社長」として知られる佐藤仙務さんに委嘱した。
佐藤さんは、首から下がほとんど動かないが、１９歳でホームページや名刺制作の会社を設立し、著書に「寝たきり社長の上を向いて」がある。
佐藤さんは委嘱式で「障害者の大使は初めてということで、精いっぱい頑張りたい」とあいさつした。
