山形市がラーメン1人あたりの消費で3年連続で全国1位となった翌日、同市のQ1で、ラーメンのイベント「山ラー」マルシェが始まった。

マルシェでは3年連続で2位だった新潟市の新潟拉麺（ラーメン）協同組合が「新潟背脂生姜醤油（しょうがしょうゆ）ラーメン」を振る舞った。

このほか、赤地に白抜きで「山ラー」の文字をあしらった丼やTシャツ等オリジナルグッズ、「山ラー」コラボの乾麺などが販売された。
