新発売された「長崎やる気おこし」は県内の3つの企業がコラボレーションして開発され、ピリッとした甘辛さが特徴だ。
きっかけは、地元の企業が連携することで、地域が盛り上がるのではという諫早市立明峰中学校の生徒からの提案だった。
「この商品が “やる気を起こして何か、何かを成し遂げていきたい人たちの応援になる” そういった商品になればと思って開発した」と杉谷社長は語った。
