敬老の日を前に、静岡・富士宮市の観光牧場では、帽子をかぶり、ちゃんちゃんこを身に着けたご長寿ポニー2頭に特製ケーキがプレゼントされました。
赤い衣装を身に着けたメスのモモは30歳で、 紫の衣装を身に着けたオスのトキオは28歳でヒトの年齢に換算すると92歳と88歳だ。
「まかいの牧場」の2頭のポニーの長寿の秘訣は、のびのびと過ごすこととご飯をお腹いっぱい食べること、そして来場者にかわいがってもらうことだということだ。
