兵庫県神戸市で団地の空いた部屋でエビやヒラメやカワハギを養殖する事業が始まった。
空き部屋の有効活用を目的に始めたこの養殖は、水をろ過して浄化循環するシステムを採用していて、環境負荷も小さいという。
ＵＲ都市機構によると、食べられる大きさにまで成長するにはエビで半年程度、ヒラメとカワハギは1年程かかるという。
