厳しい暑さが続く中、豊岡市出石町では出石焼の風鈴が飾られ、透明感のある白と澄んだ高音が特徴の涼しげな音色を響かせている。

豊岡市出石町では訪れた人たちに音で涼を感じてもらおうと、地元の観光協会などが毎年「出石焼」の風鈴を飾り付けていている。

窯元や観光協会職員らが、出石城跡の石垣から谷山川の川岸にロープを張り、およそ400個の風鈴を取り付けた。
