故エリザベス女王の為に多く市民によって供えられた1000個以上の熊のバディントンのぬいぐるみが子供支援団体に寄贈されることになった。
エリザベス女王の在位70年の時、女王がバディントンと共演した映像が流れて以来、多くの人が女王からバディントンを連想するようになった。
また、彼女の為に大量に供えられた花は、ロイヤルパークスが堆肥化して再利用すると先月発表している。
