町の一部で避難指示が解除された福島県双葉町で、「はたちを祝う会」が開かれた。
成人年齢の引き下げに伴い、双葉町は、これまでの「成人式」から「はたちを祝う会」に名称を変更した。
原発事故当時、小学２年生だった出席者は久しぶりの再会を果たし、お互いの成長を感じ取っていた。
