石田 三成
石田 三成は、安土桃山時代の豊臣家家臣の大名です。
豊臣秀吉の死後、徳川家康打倒のために決起して関ヶ原の戦いに敗れ、京都六条河原で処刑されました。
光成は私利私欲がなく、合理的な発想の出来る人物でした。太閤検地や南蛮貿易など豊臣政権の政策を実務的に支えました。
それ故現代の経営者に「こういう部下が欲しい」と人気の武将です。
関ヶ原の戦いで戦った徳川家康自身彼の手腕を評価しています。家康が秀吉の死を聞いたのも三成からでした。
