おでん
おでんとは鰹と昆布で取った出汁を取って、その中に様々な具材を入れ煮込む鍋料理の一つです。
具材は様々で、おでんの具材メーカーのアンケートによると、人気の具材のベスト10は大根、たまご、ちくわ、こんにゃく、はんぺん、厚揚げ、さつま揚げ、餅入り巾着、ごぼう巻、じゃがいもの順です。
幕末に千葉県銚子市で醤油が作られ、この頃から鰹節にしょうゆ、砂糖、みりん、酒で甘辛く煮たおでんが売られるようになりました。
あらかじめ煮込んでおけば提供できる手軽な料理なので、現在までにおでんは日本に広まりました。さらには1980年代にコンビニが冬場に暖かいおでんを売り始めました。
おでんの良い所は食べると体の温まる所です。おでん屋さんや家で冬熱燗と共に多くの日本人がよく食べます。
またその土地によっておでんの色々な具材や味付けを楽しめるため、私はおでんを勧めます。
