兵庫県佐用町で、佐用町と岡山県津山市のお店が対決するホルモンうどんのイベントが行なわれた。
両自治体はホルモンうどんをご当地グルメとしていて、イベントでは300食をどれほど速く売れるか競われ、これまで一勝一敗だった。
津山市はタレを絡ませながらうどんを焼くタイプで、一方佐用町はうどんを焼いたあとタレをかける特徴があるが、今回は津山市の店がわずかに速さで上回った。
