立山への入山が許されなかった女性たちが極楽往生を願った伝統行事の布橋灌頂会が有観客で開催されました。

布橋灌頂会は、立山の登山の代りに女性たちが白装束で白い布をしかれた橋を渡り極楽往生を願う立山町の伝統儀式です。

県内外から参加した60人の女性たちは目隠しをしてこの世とあの世の境となる朱色の橋をゆっくりとわたりました。
