今回は無形文化遺産のニュースです。日本語訳載せときます。
ユネスコの政府間委員会は、日本酒や焼酎、泡盛といった日本の「伝統的酒造り」を全会一致で無形文化遺産に登録することを決めた。
500年以上前に原型が確立し伝統的に培われた技術で製造される酒は、儀式や祭礼行事などにも使われ、日本文化で不可欠な役割を果たしてきたと言われる。
ユネスコの無形文化遺産には、国内ではこれまでに「能楽」や「和食」、おととし加わった「風流踊」などが登録されて、今回で23件になった。
