9月5日は青森出身の板画家・棟方志功の120回目の誕生日で、弘前市では志功ゆかりの地や作品をめぐる記念ツアーが行われた。

ツアーには県内各地から棟方志功のファンなど17人が参加し、鳳松院等ゆかりの地7か所をめぐった。

ある参加者は、版画の掘り方にエネルギーを感じ、彼がすごく精魂をこめて制作したんだろうと思ったと語った。
